Caramel dipping sauce to go with popcorn

This sauce is very hot when just made, cool before using.

INGREDIENTS:

150g butter 

Maple Syrup

Cinnamon

METHOD:

Melt the butter in a saucepan on low/med and bring to boiling. Add maple and cinnamon and stir for 30sec to 1 min, cool and serve.

USE WITH: 

Popcorn, fruit salad and puddings.
